IMPORTANT REMINDER
WINTER PRECAUTIONS
Make sure heat is on in all units at the least 60 degrees throughout the entire course of the day to help prevent pipes from freezing and bursting. If you need to change the lock on your front door you MUST contact the Front Desk in order to rekey the lock and make sure it works with our Master Key in case of emergency per our Master Key Policy Resolution.

Flooring Policy
The Board of Directors adopted a floor covering policy in May 2009. The new policy requires prior Board approval for the installation or replacement of floor coverings. Please make sure to read the resolution carefully before planning any new floor coverings in your unit

Driving Through Loading Area Prohibited
In April 2009, the Board of Directors adopted a resolution banning driving through the loading area door. Please read and comply with the resolution.

COOKING DEVICES ON BALCONIES
Please be advised that according to Arlington County Fire Prevention Code§ 8-10.4.5: "No charcoal cooker, brazier, hibachi, grill or any gasoline or other flammable or combustible liquid or liquefied petroleum gas-fired stove or similar device except for electric cookers or grills shall be ignited or used on the balconies of any apartment building, staked units, or other structures with similar occupancy. The management of such buildings which have balconies shall notify their tenants in writing of this code requirement when the tenant initially occupies the apartment and periodically thereafter as may be necessary to ensure compliance."

TRASH REMOVAL SERVICE
Trash Away Inc. picks-up trash 365 days a year including recycling materials once a week. If you need to dispose of bulk trash items you need to make prior arrangements and pay a fee. Please do not leave any bulk items unless you made such arrangements. Click here for the list of Bulk Items and fees.

INSURANCE REMINDER
The Association maintains a Master insurance policy which covers the building. HOWEVER that policy does not provide coverage for personal property. It is imperative that HOMEOWNERS and RENTERS obtain insurance policy. You may obtain a policy with any insurance carrier you chose, however they will need information from the Master Insurance Carrier, State Farm Insurance, who can be reached at 703-243-6565

ARLINGTON COUNTY FIRE DEPARTMENT SMOKE ALARMS NOTICE LETTER
As part of its ongoing commitment to the "Operation FireSafe Program," the Arlington County Fire Department has sent new Smoke Alarm Notices to all owners/agnets and tenants. The notice letters identify owner/agent/tenant responsibilities relative to smoke alarms and identify the current Fire Prevention Code requirements. PARKING REMINDER
All vehicles parked in any of the six guest spaces outside the Garage must display a valid guest pass at all times or they will be towed without warning! There is no parking under any circumstances in the loading gate area which is painted with white lines. To obtain a guest pass please contact the Front Desk at 703-575-8701.

BULK/LARGE ITEMS TRASH REMOVAL REMINDER
Please do NOT leave any bulk/large trash items anywhere in the building. Mattresses, furniture, appliances, fixtures, etc. will NOT be picked up by the trash removal service without coordination and payment of a fee. Residents must inform and pay the fee for the disposal of such items. Please do not hesitate to contact the Office or Management with any question regarding trash pick-up.
